Insurance and Payment Information
We will verify your insurance benefits and let you know about your co-pay or deductible prior to your first appointment. We accept all forms of payment and will place your card on file for your convenience.
Location
The office address is: 5510 Abrams Rd. Suite 118 Dallas, TX 75214.
The building is called the Abrams Professional Building (next door to Dan D. Rogers Elementary School). When you enter the parking lot, please go to the left side of the building and park on the left. You will find our office in Suite 118 Courtyard 3.
At this time, we are conducting therapy appointments via telehealth. Before your appointment, your therapist will send you a secure link to connect for your appointment.

Please complete the intake forms before your first appointment. Your therapist will send you the secure links for the intake paperwork that you may fill out and sign online.
